• Full on-site project management and supervision
• Weekly look-ahead schedules and progress meetings
• Schedule and cost control, forecasting, and billing
• Verification of materials, quality, and safety compliance
• Coordination with city agencies and utilities
• Review of submittals, RFIs, and change orders
• Preparation of all project correspondence and documentation
• As-built drawings, warranties, and close-out manuals
• Ongoing communication with Design Team and Stake Holders.
