- Material & Equipment Procurement are identified in baseline schedule.
- Burrell ensures schedule compliance from all trades and subcontractors and suppliers.
- Identifying schedule requirements for off-hours work, overtime, or shutdowns early, allowing proper coordination before construction begins.
- Evaluating fast-tracking opportunities to accelerate delivery while assessing related costs and benefits.
- Providing monthly schedule updates to track progress, adjust sequencing, and maintain alignment with project goals.
