• Inspections & Compliance: Regular safety inspections and third-party audits ensure compliance with Cal/OSHA regulations and company standards.
• PPE Enforcement: Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory for all workers and visitors entering the jobsite.
• Incident Reporting & Prevention: All incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions are promptly reported and reviewed to prevent recurrence.
