Knowlton luxury apartments is a 36-unit building located in Westchester, Los Angeles CA. The building consisted of one, two and three bedroom units, including European design kitchens, custom tiled walk-in showers, all appliances, recessed lighting, including rooftop amenities, gym and pool. BCI was involved in the project from the early stages of design working with the Architect performing constructability review, value engineering and budgeting. Burrell also assisted with permitting, DWP approvals, and construction. Scope of work included administration and execution of AIA Prime Contract, subcontracting, planning and coordinating with all building trades, including buyout, scheduling, and safety enforcement, including but not limited to all trade building inspections, coordination and planning with LADBS, LADWP, and LAFD. Burrell was instrumental in resolving all design discrepancies and field related challenges. Completed project start to finish and Obtained Certificate of Occupancy.
