Knowlton Apartments is a 15-unit luxury apartment building located in Westchester, CA; commissioned in 2016. With Type V construction and Type I semi-subterranean parking garage, one level podium, and three levels of residential units. BCI was involved in the project from the early stages of design development participating in constructability review, budgeting and design, permitting, DWP clearances, financing and construction. Scope of work included all necessary construction trades, including and not limited to all necessary trade/building inspections, coordination with city municipalities, such as LADBS, LADWP, and LAFD. Instructmental in resolving design discrepancies and field related issues. Obtained Certificate of Occupancy.
