This building is a 14-unit, Type III multi-family project located in Los Angeles, CA; behind our 971 Hoover project and is currently under construction and scheduled to be completed December 2025. Building design includes one structural deck with basement parking, five levels of residential units, rooftop amenity with views of downtown Los Angeles. BCI was involved in the project from the early stages of design development participating in constructability review, budgeting and design development, permitting, DWP clearances, financing and construction. Scope of work included all necessary construction trades, including and not limited to all necessary trade/building inspections, coordination with city municipalities, such as LADBS, LADWP, and LAFD.
