This building is a 39 unit, seven story Type III multi-family project, located near downtown Los Angeles and currently in the final stages of construction. Completion is scheduled for October 2025. Design includes two podium decks, with semi subterranean parking, and second floor parking, with six levels of residential units, and rooftop amenity with beautiful view of downtown Los Angeles. This project was a takeover at the completion of the first deck from a previous contractor; Burrell was instrumental in successfully turning the project around and working with the consultants correcting multiple design discrepancies in the plans, including the electrical and the structural design being significantly deficient relating to Type III construction, including the structural integrity of the building. Scope of work included all necessary construction trades, including and not limited to all necessary trade/building inspections, coordination with city municipalities, such as LADBS, LADWP, and LAFD. Worked closely with design engineering and building inspectors to get the project back on track.
