Barton Estates located in West Hollywood Ca consisting of a 8-unit small lot subdivision single family units and will encapsulate approximately 16,000 of living space with three (3) levels with high end finishes, and sun deck. BCI was involved in the project from the early stages of design development participating in constructability review, budgeting and value engineering, permitting, DWP clearances, financing and construction. Scope of work included all necessary construction trades, including and not limited to all necessary trade/building inspections, coordination with city municipalities, such as LADBS, LADWP, and LAFD. Instructmental in resolving design discrepancies and field related issues. Obtained Certificate of Occupancy.
