Gladstone Villas is a Spanish style luxury apartments designed for specifically for Senior living located in Azusa, CA; completed June 2020. Type V construction slab on grade with on grade parking, with three levels of residential units, a recreational room with kitchenette, manager office and outside gym for senior residents. BCI was involved in the project from the early stages of design development participating in constructability review, budgeting and design, permitting, city clearances, financing and construction. Scope of work included all necessary construction trades, including and not limited to all necessary trade/building inspections, coordination with city municipalities, such as City of Azusa, Edison, and Azusa Fire Department. Instrumental in resolving design discrepancies and field related issues. Obtained Certificate of Occupancy.
