The Dream at Tamarind is a custom designed 32-unit luxury apartment project located in West Hollywood CA, Type V construction with Type I subterranean parking structure, one level podium and four levels of residential units, including roof-top amenities. BCI was involved in the project from the early stages of design development participating in constructability review, budgeting and design, permitting, DWP clearances, financing and construction. Scope of work included all necessary construction trades, including and not limited to all necessary trade/building inspections, coordination with city municipalities, such as LADBS, LADWP, and LAFD. Instructmental in resolving design discrepancies and field related issues. Obtained Certificate of Occupancy.
