Lauren Robles is a results-driven Vice President of Operations with a proven track record of success in managing large-scale capital construction projects. With over 17 years of experience in the construction industry, Lauren has become a highly skilled and strategic project manager, who is passionate about delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Lauren began her construction career at Taisei Construction Corporation right after high school. As a Project Coordinator, she quickly proved herself by assisting her father, George, who was the Senior Project Manager, in overseeing the “3800 Wilshire” project, a 22-high rise luxury condominium project. During this time, Lauren handled a wide range of tasks, including processing subcontractor billings, meeting minutes, OCIP insurance, and managing RFI’s, Submittals, and close-outs. She was also mentored and trained by her father, who exposed her to construction field operations and taught her how to read blueprints, schedule work, and coordinate with the team. Over the years, Lauren has developed her skills to manage large capital construction projects, assist with subcontractor buyouts, and negotiate contracts. She has been instrumental in pushing current projects towards completion, managing a work-to-complete list, and obtaining final inspections.
