Andrew Robles — Director of Business Development
Andrew Robles is a dynamic and results-driven executive recognized for his strategic vision, high energy, and proven ability to drive growth across Southern California’s public and private construction markets. With more than eight years of experience in long-term strategic planning, due diligence, financial analysis, and market research, Andrew brings an exceptional level of business development expertise to the Burrell Construction (BCI) team.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from Pepperdine University and is currently pursuing his MBA in Sales and Marketing at the USC Marshall School of Business.
As Director of Business Development, Andrew oversees BCI’s corporate licensing, sales, marketing, preconstruction, estimating, and client satisfaction programs. He leads the development and execution of strategic business plans, ensuring that BCI’s services maintain the highest standards of quality and innovation. Andrew also plays an active role in contract negotiations with clients, subcontractors, and vendors, and is instrumental in pursuing joint venture partnerships and strengthening relationships with key industry organizations.
